A gentleman with a distinctive West Indian accent called today. He was very curious about Peter Goudas.

There are several wonderful stories and recipes.
The beautiful part about this is that within the recipes he incorporated how to make Cornbread, Coconut Cake, Roti, Dumplings, Pita Bread, Bougatsa, Bread, Halva, Samosas, Empanadas, Tamales, Tortillas and Chocolate Chip Cookies,
Since most of these products were base items, most of the cooks already knew how to utilize these items.
In fact, some were so proficient; they could write recipes based on the products.
However, as time progressed, and the younger generation found their way into the kitchen not knowing that there was a kitchen in every apartment where the grandmother stayed for hours at a time.
It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Koukla, that beautiful French poodle, who was a faithful companion to Mr. Goudas for over 14 years.
She was never more than two feet away from him day or night.
She even sat on his lap while he was driving.
We remember an occasion when Mr. Goudas left the country for five days to give a speech in Costa Rica that Koukla sat and waited patiently with obvious sadness in her master,s chair without eating or drinking.
Mr. Goudas dognapped her when she was 2 years old.
Sunday, June 20, 2010, Father's Day and a great day to have a picnic in the park. There was a large turnout at Bruce Mills Park
People of all nationalities gathered in groups to enjoy the forestry accompanied by the wonderful sounds of music from different species of birds that inhabit the park.
Food of all kinds was served based on the group orientation.
Imagine, out of nowhere came a truck with Goudas educational material, anything from Miracles Still Do Happen to the Cow Foot Story. It was a glorious day.
Our Company took the opportunity to distribute thousands of booklets written by Mr. Goudas over the past few years.
Some people took advantage of the natural environment and enjoyed reading the booklets.

The principal of the school Mr. Michael Vatsoulis (Batsoulis) presented Mr. Goudas with this wonderful poem which is dedicated to him.
As we all know on a day to day basis Mr. Goudas has a million and one things to deal with. This fact is documented in his book: Miracles Still Do Happen, where he also expands on his focus and determination.

Obviously, when disaster strikes somewhere around the world, and as the song from the famous film, Ghostbusters, declares: Who do they call? In this scenario, Mr. Goudas, of course!
On December 18, 2010, Spyros Peter Goudas was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation for his generous contribution to The Mount Zion Filipino Seven Day Adventist Church, by Jesse Anunciacion, Senior Pastor.
Mr. Goudas was asked to make a speech. However, he was not prepared. In fact, the event was a surprise to him.
He was unaware that the occasion would be held in an auditorium with over a thousand people in attendance!
In his impromptu acceptance speech, Mr. Goudas recalled the day he visited the organization a few years back.
Upon entering the Food Bank, the intake worker thought he was there as a client in need of their services and proceeded to do an intake and provide him with an assortment of food.
Finally, when he disclosed who he was, he was amazed that they all knew his brand name and products.
Mr. Goudas realized that this was a wonderful organization which helped many people regardless of colour, race or religion.
In addition, they were all volunteer members from the Church.
Therefore, instead of being a recipient of their services, Spyros Peter Goudas became a supporter!
The event was recorded on film for Television and media.
Beets are a popular international vegetable and are available in all grocery stores.
The photo was taken by Mr. Goudas and is of the contents of his newly arrived canned Beets.
Most of the Beets caned in Canada are very dark in colour, soft and mushy in texture.

Corrado Acaputo (left) and Spyros Peter Goudas both celebrated their birthday on March 29, 2011, and took time to celebrate.
With a combined age of 149 years, there was a lot to reminisce about.
Spyros Peter Goudas turned 69! You may then figure out how old Corrado is!
Corrado ((80 years old) is an excellent tenor and vocal instructor.
Mr. Acaputo and Peter have been friends from the beginning of the Mr. Goudas enterprise.
Corrado produced parts of the Caribana video in 1975, The Goudas Rice Song and several Goudas commercials for Radio and Television is the 1970,s and 1980,s.
They made a toast to a friendship that has lasted over 40 years.

Spyros Peter Goudas (69) and Jay-Kyueng Choi (78) have both gotten a bit older. They have aged well, like fine wine and cheese, still active and compulsive work-a-holics.

Mr. Goudas has been a supporter of this organization for many years and many people said to him that you are a Greek, why are you supporting the children in Peru, why not support children in Greece?

Finally, another two have met from two of the oldest civilizations of the world, Greece and China.
Today, Mr. Spyros Peter Goudas had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Steven Guan, founder of Promobiz Solutions.

The month of February has been designated Black History Month highlighting the achievements and accomplishments of Black and African Americans.
Today, 03 March 2013, I would like to talk about a gentleman by the name Dimitri (Jim) Kottas.
Dimitri was born February 28, 1943, in Prosvoro, Ipiros, in the northern west part of Greece in the middle of World War II.

Maybe the name Percy Thomas, may not be of significance to you, however, should you go back into history, you will notice that Mr. Thomas was an integral part in the creation of the Saturday Night Musical Recipe along with others like, Colin Hansen, Jasse MacDonald, Mahoney,and and Roy Stewart.
The year 2013 was a very difficult year.
There were set backs and problems, one after the other.
According to Mr. Goudas, “It was one of those years that you keep on saying to yourself, let’s just finish up, in anticipation of a better year next year…” You know what I mean.
I am not going into the details of the many mishaps in the life of Mr. Goudas, as it will take too much time for you to read.
I will however, highlight a couple of them; For instance, a raccoon electrocuting himself on our high voltage transformer, which caused a shut down in the Corporation for some time.
Mr. Goudas thought to write a story about the Raccoon, which ended up being a good comedy, in fact, it’s a recipe.” Yes a recipe!

Unknowingly, Yoyoy Villame created a masterpiece, which in the Phillipines, became a benchmark for education.
According to Mr. Goudas, it should be mandatory that every country should have a song similar to Yoyoy Villame’s – Philippine Geography, that would educate the kids about the place they call home.
Mr. Goudas is passionate about education and because of the way Yoyoy used music to teach language, history, geography and life skills, that is perhaps why Mr. Goudas thinks that Yoyoy Villame is one of the greatest composers and singers ever.
