Over 20 years of experience in the Accounting and Finance field, with an extensive background in production costing, ISO 9000:2002 quality control, .html programming, ISO 22000 (HACCP) quality control, production scheduling, and procurement. 

He started working in 1992 with Belle-Pak Packaging in Markham, Ontario, while graduating from the CGA Accounting and Finance program at Seneca College.

In 1997, he introduced the company's first quality manual, implemented its policies, and completed its final audit in a record 3 weeks from commencement. 

Belle-Pak was awarded the FedEx contract, as a direct result from his quality control efforts, which exceeded 12 million dollars for the then 20 million dollar sales volume.

From 1992 to 2001, he was promoted 7 times until he finally settled at the position of controller. 

In 1999, he originally met Spyros Peter Goudas and his team as a consultant, helping in the business strategies and goals for identifying and modifying sales risk, organizing the sales force to be more effective and efficient, as well as managing the WSIB for a safer workplace.

In 2001, he worked more closely with the company to help obtain accounts like Zellers, Wal-Mart, Canadian Tire, and the Katz Pharmacy Group.

Parallel He started working in already developed in Mr. Goudas website called, which is one of the top website’s in the world for electronic flyers.

The creation of this website has proved to be invaluable for information on product promotions, and helping Mr. Spyros Goudas to keep a close eye on the competition in the ethnic food market.

In 2006, he moved to Europe to be closer with family relatives.

In 2006, he took on the roll of General Manager of Artima, a distribution company located in Thessaloniki, Greece, where its core business is in the refrigerated and frozen dairy products.  In 2009, he implemented and completed the ISO22000:05 Quality certification. 

He established changing the business model to include private labeling for potential clients, which relates to 40% of the sales volume.  His negotiation skills and experience persuaded vendors in the EU for exclusivity of Dairy products for the Greek market.

Some of the companies include The A-Ware Food Group (Holland), Fude + Serrahn (Germany), Biraghi SPA, (Italy), Eilers & Wheelers (UK), Henry Willig, (Holland) and many more.  The agreements made with these companies provided the foundation for expansion and contracts with supermarkets such as D. Masoutis S.A., Pente S.A., AB Vassilopoulos S.A. (part of the DelHaize Group), Makro Cash and Carry (The Metro Group eG, Germany), and many more.

This young company started business in 2002, and as a direct result of Mr. Mpardakis’ involvement, the company now enjoys being the third largest distributor of refrigerated and frozen dairy products within the Greek market.

The economic situation and outlook in Greece fueled his decision to bring his family back to Canada in 2013.

Since announcing  to Mr. Goudas in May of 2013 his  decision to return to Canada, Mr. Goudas offered him a position for business development, in the sales management team, as well as product research and development, video production for his speeches, educational videos like Yoyoy Villame in Philippine  geography, the best garden in the world,  Tavli (Backgammon), teaches a Cambodian to become World Tavli (Backgammon) Champion . 

In the short time after his return, he has been able to solidify accounts such as T&T Supermarkets (part of the Loblaw's Group) Shoppers drug mart and others.

His database management and programming skills help create an online sales order system for streamlining the sales ordering process.
