Mr. Goudas Tamarind Sauce
Mr. Goudas Tamarind Sauce is one of the latest additions in the Mr. Goudas line of Sauces and Condiments. The name “Tamarind Sauce” says it all. There are no words to describe the exquisite taste of this product. It enhances every food item that it accompanies.
The thought process and selection of the ingredients for the creation of this All Purpose Sauce was very intense – a perfect balance with respect to the flavour had to be achieved. It had to be so subtle that it could not overpower the flavour of any food item it was paired with.
The formulation is very exotic: pineapple, tamarind pulp, mango pulp, passion fruit juice, blackberry wine, tomato paste, raisins, as well as brown sugar blended with habanero pepper pulp and complemented with a special blend of spices. Who in the world could have come up with such a combination?!
When the first samples of this sauce finally arrived, the result was incredulous. The product was out of this world! Each person who tasted the Tamarind Sauce was in a loss for words, only uttering phrases like: “O my God! Wow! Divine! Mmm…! ##@! What a flavour! I want a container of this”!
We gave a sample to our vegetarian expert from India, and right after she tried half a spoonful, her response was: “Yummy. This is good …you can eat this with samosas, in fact, you can eat this with anything! Needless to say we could not pry the bottle out of her hands. It came to the point where people were dipping their fingers and eating the sauce without any food accompaniment. That is how good it is.
